Four-year-old Mackenzie Cackett, met the Duchess during her visit to The Treehouse Hospice, has tragically died following a series of NHS Blunders. Apparently Mackenzie died partly because doctors dismissed his symtoms as unrelated to a tumor he had before. Because of this, his treatment was drastically delayed. Remembering the Sponge Bob loving boy, the Duchess wrote a heartfelt letter to his parents, James and Danielle.
I offer my best wishes for Mackenzie in a happier place.
